The problems were described, photographed and explained. The team arrived on time, and worked each day until sundown. The supervisor showed me each issue and explained how it was to be fixed. Roof looks great & no debris left on site.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm finally writing this review as I got my roof replaced in 2024. Southline was great to work with. I chose them after online research and having a few other companies come out to look at my roof. I liked that Southline handles the insurance aspect. From beginning to end, they were great to work with. Kevin was pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained things very well. He showed me pictures of what he saw and explained how insurance adjusters do not look at damaged shingles, but only the missing ones all too often. He came back to be at the house when the insurance company sent out their adjuster (last time they sent a guy with a drone which I mentioned to Southline). Needless to say, I got a full replacement which occurred about 2 weeks after the insurance company approved the replacement. That went smoothly but there was minor damage to a window screen and some scuffs on the siding from the shingle removal. I was reimbursed for the screen and the scuffs were taken care of by Ignacio. My insurance company was probably a little difficult to deal with, so I'm glad Emily was on top of it. The roof came out great! I referred Southline to my brother who got replacements done on his homes and he had no complaints (big deal for him). Southline Roofing did a wonderful and professional job repairing our porch roof. They were able to assess the damage quickly and were able to schedule repairs quickly.
