Beginning with Cory as the salesperson and Hosea as head of the work team, my first experience with Southline was great. Very thorough, careful work - and I appreciate their ethic to do it right and not just slap something up there that looks good.They worked full days and straight through until the job was done (found the leak source, repaired fascias, dormers, added chimney caps, etc.). A great work crew who cleaned up the yard at the end of each day. South line Roofing did an excellent job from beginning to end. Kevin examined the roof and provided us with an assessment of the roof’s condition, Elizabeth did a fantastic job coordinating with the insurance claim adjusters, and Gustavo did an admirable job overseeing the roofing application and communicating with us to ensure our satisfaction. The site location was left in great condition. Team fixing the problem were courteous, professional and thorough. Repaired all damaged wood and shingles. I thought the quote was expensive - it was not for the amount of work they needed to do to fix the leak and repair the damage. Southline was clean, thorough, and professional. They repaired the flashing that connects my roof to the brick wall of my neighbor’s townhouse. The team arrived on time, and worked each day until sundown. The supervisor showed me each issue and explained how it was to be fixed. Southline was great to work with. I chose them after online research and having a few other companies come out to look at my roof. I liked that Southline handles the insurance aspect. From beginning to end, they were great to work with. Kevin was pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained things very well. He showed me pictures of what he saw and explained how insurance adjusters do not look at damaged shingles, but only the missing ones all too often. He came back to be at the house when the insurance company sent out their adjuster (last time they sent a guy with a drone which I mentioned to Southline). Needless to say, I got a full replacement which occurred about 2 weeks after the insurance company approved the replacement. That went smoothly but there was minor damage to a window screen and some scuffs on the siding from the shingle removal. I was reimbursed for the screen and the scuffs were taken care of by Ignacio. My insurance company was probably a little difficult to deal with, so I'm glad Emily was on top of it. The roof came out great! I referred Southline to my brother who got replacements done on his homes and he had no complaints (big deal for him). I will continue to recommend this company.Load more
