The whole team starting with Cory, who took the time to go over every detail with us to the actual project manager and crew members who did a bang up job in less than a day, they were all so great to work with. Special shoutout to Andres, Yobana and Lupa for being efficient, friendly and true professionals in their roles!!! I could not recommend them enough!! This was the best roofing company I have ever dealt with. It started from the initial conversation where they were quick to respond and came to the home to evaluate the situation. Within a few days, they were at my home, fixing a relatively minor issue, but it was important to me to get repaired because of the potential of BATTS getting into Our home. They understood the need for a quick turnaround to repair a relatively minor issue. While they were there, they flew a drone and showed me pictures of our roof and assured me from what they could tell everything look good !!! Everyone we dealt with from Southline Riofing were great! Including the salesman to the foreman to the installers were very friendly.and provided great quality work. They did a great job helping me get my insurance claim approved. They represented my case well and came out multiple times to help with the claim. Thank you to Cory for his time spent and dedication. He was helpful in explaining the breakdown of cost and my insurance claim, like most I have never used insurance and didn’t quite understand it. When it came time for my new roof they upgraded the roof from its previous 50mph rating to 130mph rating (helps when you regularly get gust of 60 mph+). Gustavo helped with the roof scheduling and made sure there was little to no mess left. Amazingly, there were no nails left in my yard! Great job to the team. Showed me pictures of the project as it progressed and checked to make sure I was satisfied with the project after it was completed.
