I was very happy that this was a patch job— no pressure to install new roof. (Asphalt shingles go into landfills and never biodegrade). They proactively identified and shared when there was unexpected damage needed to be addressed and provided details on what was going to be fixed and why. We have used Southline Roofing twice (two different houses). They are professional, courteous, thorough. detail-oriented, and stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone. I was given a thorough estimate and job scope. They accommodated me by waiting until after pollen season. Yobana the office project coordinator was always available for questions and handled the permitting. Jose, the property coordinator, did a great job in being available (in person, by phone and text) to answer my questions and requests for pictures. For 5 days, the 2 man team power washed, repaired some rust spots and recoating my roofs to warranty specifications, working multiple 10 hour days. I was empresses with the work ethic of all the people I interacted with. And while I never got on the roof myself, having a 3rd party warranty inspection at the completion of the job gave me confidence the job was done to their standards. From the very beginning, they took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. After discovering wind damage, Emily went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance process and review my policy, which took so much stress off my shoulders. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the entire project and truly made everything so easy. Ignacio and Kevin were thorough during the roof inspection and took the time to answer all of my questions. On installation day, Gustavo was an exceptional job supervisor. He stayed on top of everything, ensured the crew was running smoothly, and made sure the work met the highest standards. The crew was professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my property. They did a fantastic job cleaning up when the project was complete, leaving everything neat and tidy. Most importantly, my new roof is absolutely beautiful. Replacing a roof can feel overwhelming, but this team made the entire experience easy, stress-free, and seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail truly set them apart.Load more
