Steven and manny helped me every step of the way and made the whole process seamless! Also helped me navigate an uncooperative neighbor! I would have never been able to get a beautiful new roof if it wasn’t for them helping me EVERY step of the way!! We hired Southline as an approved contractor for the South Carolina Safe Home Grant program and were very pleased with the service we received. They were prompt and responsive during the initial inspection and scheduling of the work. And Gustavo and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and worked thoroughly to get the job done as projected and on-time. I especially appreciated Gustavo taking the time before, during, and after the project to explain what they were doing and why and to answer all of our questions. My only regret was not using them five years ago when we got our roof redone by a company that clearly was inferior and had to have their mistakes corrected just five years later. Uzi was the lead on the team and was super polite and they communicated with updates and photos throughout the process. Only two took the time to call me back. Karla called me first thing Monday morning. She was very polite and helpful and scheduled me an inspection that very afternoon. Cory Murphy was an excellent representative. He was extremely knowledgeable and not only explained everything to me, but he taught me so much about Roofing. He took the time to share his knowledge and advice with me. I highly, highly recommend Cory, Karla, and Southline Roofing. They exhibited professionalism and integrity.
